“ We just bought a Honda Pilot Touring from Gerald Honda in Matteson. After my Pilot with 200,000 miles broke down, we decided the repairs weren't worth fixing. We spent 3 days driving all over the state looking for a new car. We had a car sold right from under us from a different dealer. It was an awful experience until I called and talked to the General Manager at Gerald. I told him which car I wanted and he was extremely helpful over the phone.
